Improvement in Non-Branded Keyword RankingsThe Brand
Website RedesignFounded in 2004, Dynafios began with a mission to help health systems achieve alignment and efficiency through consulting. Over the years, Dynafios pivoted into physician compensation, expanding their reach into the SaaS industry. Its physician compensation platform helps those same health systems automate and streamline workflows around pay and time tracking.
The Challenge
To keep up with the physician compensation space, the website needed to strategically showcase Dynafios’ expertise and systems. Prior to the update, Dynafios’ website faced issues including blank pages, fragmented SEO practices, inconsistent content, and even duplicate content.
The Process
The overall process took a holistic approach; understanding what competitors were doing while identifying what would be valuable for the brand, not just in the design process, but long term.

The Solution
With Dynafios’ goal of becoming a thought leader in the industry in mind, we set key objectives to guide the redesign toward success:
Increasing visibility through meaningful SEO practices and data-driven approaches.
Meaningful storytelling to build trust through relevant thought leadership content using a consistent framework and set expectations.
Strengthening brand identity by using guidelines and colors boldly and proudly.
Elevating the user experience between the platform and the main website.
A Closer Look
Increasing Visibility
1
As I’ve told clients in the past, everything down to the words seen on your SERP is a form of data. For Dynafios, content was created to fill the space rather than following a system for content development, resulting in diminished visibility.
Solutions
Keyword research
Identify competitive keywords, gauge topic popularity, and target keyword opportunities.
Strengthening social media goals
Proper URL structuring
Title tags / meta description updates
Alt tags for images
Elevated Storytelling
2
Dynafios originally relied on lengthy bodies of content which hindered growth in user engagement rate and time on page. Emphasis on elevated storytelling led to the production of engaging, dynamic templates.
Key information tied to the brand’s iconic orange color for visual emphasis
Content cards and images to drive engagement and clarity on individual pages.
Trusted Source
3
Prior to the updates, blogs, case studies, and white papers lived in various spaces within the navigation. Links within the content drove users to empty landing pages and content lived within templates that breached accessibility practices.
Resource Center
Single centralized home for all thought leadership content.
Flexible Templates
Consistent formatting that builds readability and brand trust.
Link Building
Content built for internal linking and future SEO opportunities.
User Experience
4
User experience was the most important element to the redesign. We needed users to find CTAs with ease and understand the products and services Dynafios offered.
Reduced excess noise by streamlining website copy. Includes removal of duplicate content.
Clear and prominent CTA in navigation.
Secondary navigation to merge software and website reach.
Refreshed navigation structure to reduce layers of hidden content.
Minimized decision fatigue with a single contact form page (previously two).
