The Brand

Founded in 2004, Dynafios began with a mission to help health systems achieve alignment and efficiency through consulting. Over the years, Dynafios pivoted into physician compensation, expanding its reach into the SaaS industry. Its physician compensation platform helps those same health systems automate and streamline workflows around pay and time tracking.

The Challenge

The email marketing campaigns needed a purpose beyond basic communication. Our goal was to reach and engage users on issues surrounding the healthcare industry and how physician compensation software can close the common gaps that healthcare teams face.

The example on the left is part of a previous email drip campaign prior to the revamp.

The Process

The initial step was an honest review of our current email process. I analyzed which types of emails performed best, along with which methods would most effectively showcase industry pain points.

Our Focus:

  • Audit of previous email marketing content and analytics

  • Persona development between Customer Experience Managers and Marketing

  • Customizable templates

The Solution

Becoming a thought leader was the primary goal for Dynafios. Previous email campaigns relied on a letter-style tone with minimal distinction and a weak call to action in each email. By incorporating a branded template, targeted calls to action, and meaningful topics and data, I was able to successfully test new approaches to current and potential client interactions.

  • Meaningful storytelling to support email content: I used real industry data, blog posts, and white paper content to ground each email in substance.

  • Strengthened brand awareness through consistent branding and template use.

  • Elevated the user experience by connecting readers to our website and social channels.

Rather than placing the full weight of client and prospect communication on email alone, I also helped develop a system where social media, website content, and email each work toward the same goal in their own voice.
